This form is used when any work is performed on the exterior of your home, including side yards and fences if the installation is making permanent or destructive changes. The request will be sent to Blue Mountain, checked for legalities and against the bylaws and CC&R’s for the HOA and then passed on to the board for final approval. When you are notified that the request has been approved, then work can begin on your project!
